On November 18, OECD – OCDE will host a number of high level forums. I will be moderating one on #complexity, #systemsand #anticipation with the help of Chiara Bleckenwegner. The main question I will pose to the four leading experts will be on new methods government should introduce to deal better with uncertainty and complexity beyond Covid19.
